About us
My name is Suzana Novosad, I am 38 years old and I live on Murter. I speak fluent Croatian and Czech and have been working in tourism and property management for the last 20 years.
I have several very successful real estate projects in Croatia. I learned how to work with people while managing one of the first Czech diving bases in Croatia.
I have been involved in administration related to the holding of property, whether movable or immovable, including the complete management of this property for foreigners, especially from the Czech Republic and Slovakia, for the last 5 years.
My name is Jakub Janda, I am 51 years old and I live alternately on Murter and in the Czech Republic. I speak Croatian and English. I have been working in tourism and property management for the last 25 years.
I have several smaller development projects in the Czech Republic. For the last 4 years I have been taking care of tourists in Croatia, and in the Czech Republic I run a very popular relaxation center in Prague.
I have been involved in the administration associated with holding property, whether movable or immovable, including the complete management of this property for a long time.
